This is a beautifully smooth and polished piece of carnelian agate, fashioned into a scarf ring. I can't imagine how it was carved from a single piece of stone - it is really special. If you had tiny hands and wrists you could wear it as a bangle. 
Measures 7.5cm diameter (inner is approximately 6cm diameter).
